China Water Expo is underway in Beijing, with an aim to tackle the country's water use issues and show technology advancement. Water experts from 26 countries including Germany, the US and Belgium are taking part.
Discussions will cover water policy, water resource management, and long-distance water channelling projects. The expo has become a platform for technology, materials, and business models cooperation. The expo has several forums on the sidelines for academics, businesses, and government officials to interact on policy and technology issues. 37 award-winning water technologies were announced at the expo.
